  • Welcome reception
  • Daily coffee breaks

Optional Events

Lunches, the congress dinner and the field excursion will be offered as optional extras, bookable during registration. Fees will be announced together with the registration fees in autumn 2026.

Pre-Seminar Registration (separate)

The three-day Pre-Conference Modelling Seminar (2–4 June 2027, provisional) requires separate registration.

Pre-Seminar fees will be announced together with the conference registration fees in autumn 2026. A strongly reduced student rate is planned.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested before the Early Bird deadline will receive a full refund minus a handling fee. After the Regular deadline no refunds will be granted, but substitution of delegates is allowed.
